Indian Cricket Team Former Left Arm spin Bowler Sunil Joshi is appointed Bowling Coach for the Oman cricket team for the ICC Twenty20 world cup 2016. Oman Team starting their campaign in the T20 world cup on 9th March by playing against Ireland team at Dharamsala. Sunil Joshi will join with Duleep Medis of Heach coach as a support Staff.
“It gives me an opportunity to work with an international team in such a big event,” Joshi told the Hindu. Joshi said he and Mendis would share their collective experience of bowling and playing spin with Oman’s players.

“I believe a coach should be able to demonstrate (in practice sessions) what he teaches,” he said. “Duleep Mendis is the head coach and we can both relate a lot on how to play and bowl spin. Eventually it would help the team to be aware of the nuances of slow bowling.”
Oman who is in the group with Bangladesh, Ireland and Netherland team in the ICC World T20 Qualifying Round and play thair first match at Dharamsala. Winners of this Group are go through to Super 10 stage of ICC world T20 2016.
Before the Twenty20 world cup 2016 in India, Oman team have to played in Asia Cup T20 Qualifier in Bangladesh. Other Team who also participate in this Qualifier of Asia cup t20 is Afghanistan, UAE and Hongkong so out of 4 team one of the Associate team will advance to the main draw and played in the Asia Cup 2016.
